sleeper 0
V1.1 will allow you to reskin maps, attachments, characters, sky boxes, everything. It is an invaluable tool. Edited March 4, 2004 by sleeper

tmichc 6
Yes, once of the best things for people who want to retexture but don't have 3DSM. Also useful for touching up models once they've been exported and you don't want to re-export. In my opinion, one of the 'must have' tools of virtually any modder/modding team. ARDelta 0
I just tried the skinner tool for the first time and have a question. The chr files seem to have face textures already designated, but you can also designate face textures in the atr files as well. Which one does the game use? BTW, the skinner tool is awesome! ogre_h 0
As I understand it, if the CHR file just specifies the generic "head" then it will use what is defined in the ATR, but if its a specific head, it will ignore whats in the ATR. If that makes sense. I've started using skinner, and I've found its alot easier than using a hex editor like hackman (which is a good hex editor).
sleeper 0
If you dont use the generic "head.rsb" in the character file, I believe that the blink "animation" will not work no matter which face texture is assigned in the .atr file. Always use the generic head.rsb in the .chr file and assign your actual face texture in the .atr file is my advice.
