character exporting problem

well, i tried to export some of my models following piggyson`s tutorial. firstly i merged mesh and bones, afterwards applied same texture to all objects. i`ve already attached the bones to the mesh but then i come into trouble. there is said that "delete after attaching" should become deformed- but nothing happens. actually, i don`t even found the so called Com skin modifier...

what made i wrong? the bones dont will attach to my mesh- it doesnt bcome animated.

ok, tried this. but the skeleton still doesnt animate the mesh. i tested to deactivate the skin modifier and my model become horrible deformed. actually i followed piggysons tut step by step. even the "delete this after attaching" letters became deformed *hurrea*...

there might be a stupid tiny mistake somewhere; i`m feeling like an idiot :wall:
