Ruin
Try Lavasoft's Adaware too. If nothing else, try to find the files that's causing it. There's different ways to do it. I found some on my PC that was loading up webpages... just found out what DLL file was loading em. Good luck.
Specter
What spyware is it? IF you can tell me, I can probably walk you through getting rid of it. I usually run Adaware first, then Spybot. Then I go through my registry manually. If I come across one program giving me fits, I just handle it manually. I run the two anti-spyware programs about once every two months is all. Ruin
Then I go through my registry manually. Which, as a disclaimer, is not recommended for someone who is not fully aware of how the registry works and how to work it. It can really mess you up if you ruin the wrong thing. WhiteKnight77
I run both AdAware and SpyBot Search and Destroy.
Sgt. Slaughter
I use Ad-Aware and Spywareblaster. The latter prevents alot of spyware from being installed on your comp in the first place.

Yeah, I've had no problems since getting Spyware Blaster.
