I can join a server's lobby but as soon as the game is about to start, it comes back to the main chat. the servers I'm trying to join should be compatible with my version but it still says they aren't ,when I'm joining. I can't start a game of my own either. It does the same thing: comes back to the main chat room. The single player works fine, my ubi should be patched, windows xp's built in firewall is off, and my computer and connection are fine. any ideas? WhiteKnight77 1 Posted February 8, 2004 Share Posted February 8, 2004 Do you have DS and IT? Is the server running any mods that you do not have? If the server is running any thing of the sort, you will be kicked back to the lobby. Did you install the Ubi game service from the disk of from a download at Ubi? If from the disk, have you uninstalled it and downloaded and installed that version to see if you still have problems? The best thing to do is get The All Seeing Eye and use that to find games. Another option is to search Ebay for those who may be *gulp* selling *gulp* their copy of it. Also, keep an eye on our games room forum. There are times people host GR only games.
