buff 0 Posted February 4, 2004 Share Posted February 4, 2004 I am new to ghost recon, i finishe dthe first mission..... but I find the stupid baddies are too accurate. I am a ways off, I shoot a couple, and one fires from the hip and gets a headshot...... are they any mods that are really good to hlep the single player? also, is there a co-op for LAN? thanks Buff oh, i cant download anything from fileshack for some reason. Dark Ranger 0 Posted February 4, 2004 Share Posted February 4, 2004 Hello buff, I would suggest starting out the Single-Player campaign on Recruit difficulty mode. This will reduce the number of tangos on a given mission (compared with Veteran or Elite), as well as tone down the baddies inherent abilities to snipe you with hip shots at 200 meters. As far as kit preference, the default GR weapons don't give you much flexibility. The only SD weapon available (excluding sniper kits) is the MP5-SD. The SOCOM is not available until the expansion pack Island Thunder. If you want a larger assortment of weapons, MODS are the way to go. Check out the Downloads link at the top of this forum, and then click Equipment. Look at the mods listed on the right-hand side, as those are some of the most popular weapon mods used by the community. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I had two killed in the first mission cause i wasn't paying attenetion,..then one got killed by the tanks on the 3rd mission. what would be the best mods? I dont really know what the best guns for game would be. For a rifle I would take a cetme308/H&K G3, and SMG I would want a UMP45/SD. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
