Sgt.Crocodile 0
I finally got 3DSMax and made some cool models, that i'll post later. In one of them i want to place a net and rags over his helmet. In 3DSMax: How is it done? should i place another mesh over the helmet? Any kind of mesh like a larger helmet over the first one?( just guessing) In Photoshop: I know there some transparancy involved (alpha channels). How does it work? How is it done? Here is what i mean. Thanks in advance Edited January 29, 2004 by Sgt.Crocodile
Suicide Commando 0
BajaBravo made skins similar to the type you're looking for, might try askin him to borrow the model. http://www.tacticalgames.net/bajabravo/scr...an_Model_01.jpg
Sgt.Crocodile 0
I was talking to Hotpants about it. Man its soooooooooo easy you wouldnt believe. Its a mesh on rs_north_aks.3ds or rs_south_aks.3ds, then its just a matter of move some vertices and give it the shape you want. Apply the texture (russian_trans.rsb) i used Ruin's tutorial on Making An Effective Ghillie Suit to make it look like i want and VOILĂ. its cool. thanks.
