Ruin 17
Class Setup, Class (Rifleman etc) and Armor (1 is lightest, 3 is heaviest). Name and Face, where you name your character and chose the Face Texture. Model, where you pick the CHRs. The check box should generate LOD palces for DS/IT for models that are different/different unis etc. Attributes, this is the satpoints. Attachments, if any, locate the file and add it here. File setup, where you want the ATR you just made to go (folder/path). Does that help? It's basically an easier way to enter info into the ATR without doing it through Notepade. Same idea as the one in IGOR

Ruin 17
@CQB, Make sure you udnerstand what an ATR is and How it works before you try making one. Check the FAQ, and search this forum,t here's plenty of information availible right here if you're willing to work. To find files, click on the three dots "..." to browse for a file. You need Photoshop to preview it/edit it.
