StarScream 0
Ok, i have GR installed on my laptop, and when i turn on the game, the size is very little. I changed the resolution in the options panel, but that didnt help. Is there any way to fix this???
WhiteKnight77 1
What is your laptops resolution and can it be changed? Have you gone Options and changed the resolution on the video tab?
Dannik 43
Also, a lot of LCD's will scale the display instead of stretching it to fit the natural resolution of the display. This can quite often be fixed in the BIOS.
StarScream 0
ok, how do i fix it in bios?
Dannik 43
I honestly don't know, as I don't use a laptop. What make/model is it?

Dannik 43
Hmm... the Dell support site is pretty useless, and the manual for your model doesn't say anything of use in terms of BIOS settings. Anyone else have more intimate knowledge of this particular make/model?
WhiteKnight77 1
Start GR, click the options button on the main splash screen. Once there, you should see a video tab along with sound, multiplayer, mods and general. Go to the video tab and see what resolution you have the game set to run at. ROCO*AFZ* 0
Instead of accessing the bios try this. Is it possible you have it set to show on the lcd and the Monitor. There is a function key combo for this. I am thinking the video is being outputted for a crt (vga out on the back of your laptop) and your lcd at the same time. Look for the function key that controls this in your manual. You want it set just to your lcd on your laptop if that is what you use to view it. For crt function it for crt out only then change it when you are going to take it on the road to the lcd via that function key. Also download the latest driver for your video. For integrated intel, go to www.intel.com and look up your video card (can find the model # in the device manager). For nvidia, www.nvidai.com, ati www.ati.com although i found ati doesn't support alot of there mobile radeons, sometimes you are back to dell on that one.
