Hi there guys and gals, pls tell me how to use it on a LAN connection, or is it possible????

well we normally use the chat system, but it's quite diff, when the enemies appear right in front, and u have the chat command line....

i guess u know what i mean.......

I did use it some time ago, because its compartible between PC and Mac-users.

It works actually the same as TeamSpeak, you will need the IP's of each participant, set it and its done.

If only on PC i recommend TeamSpeak, which is a neat piece of software and has some advance functions (different rooms, passwords etc) than RW. Its only a huge misser that is hasnt been ported to the mac-platform

start/all programs/roger wilco

when the little window comes up click the adjust tab and click the configure tab and follow the procedure and read each thing to make sure you set it up according to your system. When you get to the call sign part type in your name you want to be known as on RW.

Once completed click the transmit tab and make sure you have a dot in PRESS TO TALK and do not use **VOICE ACTIVATED** as you will cut every one of with your breathing and game noises.

Now click on CHANNEL tab and if your going to host RW click the create tab. Under CHANNEL NAME type what ever you want. for this we will use NOOB. Under PASSWORD put letters or numbers but remember all this is case sensitive and we will use NB555.

If you don’t want anyone else to see the channel place a dot in HIDE MY CHANNEL FROM THE PUBLIC DIRECTORY then click create tab.

It should look something like this:

202.5.125.44:3782/NOOB

And the PW= NB555 this is what you pass on to your friends so they can join you the above IP address and PW.

For you to join someone click join tab and you type in if someone sent you the above IP and PW.

In the little window that says ADDRESS AND CHANNEL OF HOST you put this 202.5.125.44:3782/NOOB

In the window to the right of that under the heading PASSWORD (IF NEEDED) NB555 and click the join tab
