I want to have a begining cinema that has a guy driving a humvee and i want it to have it look like you are that guy and are driving the humvee. If i have the camera view at the driver or humvee it is blow the ground and doesnt follow the path. Is there away to change that with out using effects.

:help: why cant u teleport effects? when u do the teleport script it list all the effects u have.

No not really. There is no 'fly camera' function available to us as with UnrealEd for example.

Effect aren't really objects, just locators, so I guess that's why you can't place them dynamically. Igor2 perhaps  If you wanted to place the camera a location that you won't know until runtime, then it is possible to teleport a hidden blackhawk to another moving vehicle\actor and place the camera at that location after a second or two has elapsed (so the camera view won't be inside the object).
