connie lingus
Greetings! I'd like to have this mission mod available for download on your FTP Server right now, rather than later. I'd rather not play this on a public server yet, the reason being that those that have either betatested or tried to play this before will spoil the experience with mission memory. Trying THIS mission over and over again with different players coming in and out, is just not the way to experience this.
Rocky
Yeh, I sort of agree. AS have posted the reason for with-holding the download at their own forums, I'll see if I can track it down and post the link here for you.
ARDelta
They are holding the mission to release it as part of their upcoming Alpha Squad mod.
connie lingus
Greetings, If that is the reason, then I hope that AS will reconsider, that is way too long to wait. People should have the opportunity to play this privately with their own friends, without having some joker say "You're next tango contact will be at India", or " Watch out, there is a mine in Foxtrot...". Biro
The MOD that will be used in the last mission for Stealth Recon 2004, is now ready for download. This map include different gamemodes like firefight and recon toghter with team v. team gamemodes so you can get a chance to test it. An empty mission is also included so you can walk around with your team to check it out without anyone interrupting. The file is in two formats, .exe and .zip. Both versions include exactly the same and you download which ever you want. WARNING!! There's your responsibility to have this mod correctly installed when you gonna play the mission. If a player on your team does not have it when you show up in teamspeak, he will not be able to play the mission either. When installing the .zip file, extract it to your ...Ghost Recon\Mods directory. When installing the .exe file, point it to your ...Ghost Recon\Mods directory. And the download location is: For ZIP file: http://home.online.no/~r-toem/SR2004_TheFarm.zip For EXE file: http://home.online.no/~r-toem/SR2004_TheFarm.exe If the download is slow, please report in immidiately so we can provide more download locations. It will also be available on more locations later on here, we are working on it. If you would like to host it aswell, please post here aswell. , Biro out.
