Newbie multiplayer skinning problem

Hi,

Here's what I've done so far:

- Created a new head skin, and a new head_blink skin (based on Origmiss ones).

- Copied, renamed and edited 3 CHR files using GRSkinner (name, name_a, name_b).

- Created an ATR file using Igor and made sure the referenced filenames are correct.

- Copied and edited a new KIL file listing weapons kits for the character.

I've put all these things into a separate mod directory, and used the MOD Manager to make sure it's not only being loaded, it's the MOD with the highest priority in the game.

Now, whenever I load up GR and go to multiplayer there is an empty 5th character screen with no model at all(!) and when you select this invisible character and start the game, you start a fair distance below the ground, dying immediately.

Have I missed anything out? Have I done anything wrong? Am I anywhere close to finishing this damn MOD?!?!?
