Gen.Montgomery 0
Is it possible to change the standard operatives woodland camo vests to olive drab color? How is it done? Is it possible? Thanks in advance guys!!
Gryphon 0
It's possible although tedious... I've redone the tactical, ranger and standard vests into both desert and woodland MARPAT. What You need is a well structured sample of the fabric and then go a head and start the tedious task of marking and marking and marking, and then replacing each texture with an appropriately sized one in the other camo pattern. but yes, it's definitely possible because I've done it three or four times. dekela 0
photo shop for sure. what i do is make a new 512x512 canvas of the camo, then copy a transparent layer with the vest on it on top. then take to the parts you want camo on with the eraser. flatten the image and bingo. all done cheers...... Sgt.Crocodile 0
I got this from a Aussie friend......It works nicely.....Thanks AUS Viper.... You can use Black vests for it. 1- Desaturate it. 2- Play with lightness and contrast untill it looks like a wrinkles.psd 3- Create a multiply layer 4- select the proper color and paint it. 5- Adjust saturation, lightness, blah blah blah and thats it. 6- Now place the rest of the gear ove it....Voilá !!! It works, i made it for my Marines. I hope it helps............ Edited November 15, 2003 by Sgt.Crocodile
