Hello is there anyway to lock out ppl that have high ping ? some kind of filter or something.

You can kick them. IIRC, there is a ban option, but I haven't hosted any GR games in a long while.

There is no way to filter players based on ping..... but... I wouldn't always trust the ping indicator in game.... it can be misleading.... people can have poor pings and the game can still not lag at all.
