Xian Saint 0
~Confession of a Gaming Junkie~ Can I be honest. I just beat Ghost Recon for the first time, about a week ago. Shocking, I know. I've been here at GR.net longer than I can remember (about three or four years). I've written in depth reports, done tons of research, scribbled news posts... and I just beat the game...a week ago. Don't get me wrong, I've played most of the levels in MP...but as far as SP Story from start to finish...this was it...the first time... Then, to top it off...I loaded Desert Siege up...played it from start to finish...for the first time... *ack* It was then I realized, about half the games I own...I've never beaten...Whats wrong with me...am I alone...I know I'm not...I know of a few others...(you know who you are) who share the same problem... Are we alone? What can we do...too many games...not enough time in the day for them all...
NightCrawler 137
I finish mine most of the time. Real life does sometime get in the way of gaming though but I will find a way usually. Some games don't even deserve to be beaten, those end up shelved and eventually sent to the D.A.V.
Zantar45 0
I grew up playing video games (1983 Nintendo revived the dead game scene). I used to play games over and over till I beat them, then suddenly more and more and more games(increased number of NES games). Then more and more systems(Genisis,SNES,Gameboy,Game gear) with more and more games of their own. As I am trying to catch up with games and beat them on these new systems more systems come out (Jaguar, Sega CD, then PS and Saturn with N64) and more and more and more games. Finally I just stopped trying to beat every game and just played the games until I got sick of them then moved on to another one. I still finish my games nowadays but I have resorted to using the passwords on some of them then rather figure out what to do and the strategies needed. Of course like NC said, there are those games that exist that do not deserve even a second of time and go strictly to anyone that wants them (no one does either), to the shelf, or to the trash. *Didnt even included the PS2,GC,Xbox,PC,GBA,Virtual Boy,plus a few other systems in the list. Each with more and more and more and more and more and more games of their own.
firefly2442 0
I finish about half of em I would guess. Some of em are just too hard and some are not really "beat-able" in the sense that there aren't a series of missions. Still haven't beat GTA 3 or Vice City.... sigh... not enough time in the day. Plus all the time I spend on these here forums.... lol...
Cobblers 12
Before I was able to get online I would always finish them. Now my record isn't so good, but I'm happy to say that I completed Ghost Recon before I even thought about jumping on line with it, and the rest as they say is history... Parabellum 12
I rarely finish my games. Most of the time, I download savegames or unlockers, so that I can just play missions, or mod the games. I did finish Ghost Recon, but not Desert Siege or IT. I went back and played all the DS missions, but I've still not played most of the actual IT missions.
magnumkp 0
I usually try and complete the games. I've paid the cash, might as well see it through. I played rvs right through to the end even though I was bored by it. Played the goty edition of Op Flashpoint to half way through the resistance campaign, but I had played the other 2 in the box and this was much the same. I'd love to complete (i.e 100%) vice city, but the thought of doing 50 taxi rides, 50 police runs etc etc seems a little dull after all this time. I bought hitman 2 and mafia the other day, but I'm saving them till after christmas so I get my moneys worth out of il2:fb and fs2002. In fact i am desperately trying to cut back on spending money on games/computers and I am going to sell some of the ones I don't use very often to the highest bidder. I'm such a loner geek, time for a change.
GRIN_Wolfsong 0
I usually play loads of adventure games and RPGs, and I finish those. But when it comes to simulators I rarely finish the games. Overall I'd have to say I finish about half my games..... By way to many as well...

Syncopator 0
Single Player? What's that? I fell so lonely when I play SP... ditto. As soon as the pipe got plugged into the back of my rig...finishing a game became an outdated concept. MP all the way. @Snakebite Getting my teeth into EnB. Ended up sticking with Andromeda mind u - slowly getting there...lv35TE and starting to get the hang of it. Massive game... with no concept of 'completion'!
WhiteKnight77 1
I had gotten Rainbow Six for my first PC game (I only finished 1 PS1 game before I got a PC) and started in SP, but never finished a campaign when I found that I liked the MP game better. Heck, when I got Rogue Spear, the first thing I did was fire up an MP server, just like I did with the GR Demo and GR when I got them. Most of the games I buy are MP games so I never really finish them except with my friends online. Go figure.
deadly_sniper22 0
i finished Gr and DT, and half of IT, but i made a mistake, i started on multiplayer and got hooked. So i had to force myeslf even to do this much, plus with the single player mission mods! I finish most of my games, i never finished GTA3 because i got stuck on one mission and haven't dugged it out ever singe . Other then that, i've beaten most of my games, except the undeserving ones(crystal key uhhhhh).
