AMD Athlon 64 bit 3200 vs Pentium 4 HT

I was looking at the AMD Athlon 64 3200 processor. It runs at 2 gig, but with a fsb at 1600 mhz! " Now, the question is which is faster? This new AMD chip or say a Pentium 4 at 2.8 gig, but with a fsb at 800 mhz HT?

I would put my money on the athlon for sure. You need 64 bit programs for it to take true advantage. But he, besides that; fsb 1600? Me thinks very hard to beat.
