Gen.Montgomery 0
Has anyone ever tried to make one of these patterns for sniper skins? Advantagecamo patterns Click images to enlarge. I know its not under Milspecs, but for the fun of it. And it looks more effective than the ghillie that came with the game. Ruin 17
Nope, I don't believe anyone has. Mostly because it's VERY hard to find a good pattern. Anyway, try Invislbe Sniper v1.0 I put a lot of work into those Ghillies, and they're QUITE effective.

Chems 0
Have you checked out the British Infantry mod? Ive made a new guille suit model, and I find that the best way to do the camo is use leave textures etc from the maps and ground detail. Heres a pic: Humm were is he? There I can just see him. Out in the open, notice guille all over, arms legs and front. Which makes him much better camoed in the crouch. And another

Chems 0
Yeah and hes actually invisible. its great!
supasniper 0
him being in that shadow didn't help in finding him, you could have used a normal rifleman and he'd of been hard to spot in there but a sweet skin mate!
STU_Snake 0
be especially good on Hunting lodge on IT
Chems 0
i know he was in the shadow, but today ive had the most hard job of playtesting BIM and i used him on a range of maps, IT and GR and he was invisible most of the time, even when standing, i think in a MP game if he wasnt moving and was in a crouch in light and not much cover you wouldnt guess he was a guy. Its cuase his outlines so broken. All his body is guilled. And it really breakes him up.
Ruin 17
be especially good on Hunting lodge on IT I played against my leading lady with my InvisibleSniper mod one time, her vs me... she sat litterally, RIGHT ON TOP of me, aand never ever saw me, it was hysterical, she ran by me like 4 times before she found me, lol. Stewy 0
But cool ghilly (we call them Yowie) suits don't work with an AI enemy do they? They still see eventually huh?
supasniper 0
yeh, the AI just see a guy in a ghillie or in a set of BDUs, they could be bright pink and it wouldn't make any difference to them, it's all eye candy

Gen.Montgomery 0
Single Player or MP, the ghillie skins gives the game a more realistic battlefield simulation that adds tension to each mission/campaign.
