Crimson 0 Posted October 8, 2003 Share Posted October 8, 2003 First off, Dany Heatley. Quite possibly the NHL's next great star. He tied an NHL record with four goals in the NHL All-Star game. He's now lying on a hospital bed. Last week, he and fellow teammate Dan Snyder were driving Heatley's Ferrari in excess of 80 mp/h in a suburban area, while driving drunk, then they struck a pole head on. Heatley sustained complete tears if his right MCL and ACL, knee damage, and a broken jaw. Snyder underwent surgery at Grady Memorial Hospital to repair a depressed skull fracture, but never regained consciousness. So sad. The second I saw on the news this morning. Apparently some genious raised a tiger and an allegator since they were small. With the tiger incident at Las Vegas, you think this guy would've cought a clue. So far the tigers have won twice.
