Parabellum Posted November 17, 2003 Share Posted November 17, 2003 I ran out of ammo twice: Once on one of the missions we're currently testing; I had to just hunker down and wait to get rescued. The second time was on defend on the M02 Farm map. I had the SAW and 600 rounds of ammo. At some point, I realized that I was the last person alive, and that I had no bullets left. Had to ambush a "welcoming" party on the M08 Battlefield. Everyone but my last SAW gunner went down, so I switched to him and hunkered down in one of the craters and just started shooting at everyone coming at me. I had brought claymores, so I set the last one up and took out three guys. Then I expended my last box of ammo trying to keep a large group back. I eventually got wasted, but not after running all the way to the extraction zone and trying to get out He got shot four times in the torso and once in the right leg before I got swarmed. I have also had team mates run out of ammo. if there are are respawns and if i get killed i can come back ill ask for someone on my team to kill me. if there are no respawns basicly A. ill run back and forth trying to have the enemy waste his ammo on me or B. Ill set my self up so if an enemy kills me he leaves him self open and a team mate can kill him. if i do co op grenades only fire fight with infante respawns ill just have the enemy kill me. MikeMan00Q Posted November 27, 2003 Share Posted November 27, 2003 This is what happend I was online me: Ok i'll get the dudes on left with my mp5 stay low and watch right. teamate:rgr I killed the for or five peeps but of corse it was the dreadfull pea shooter big misteak. this is where I ran outta ammo me:you guys stay here I think I saw somebody over that hill. teamate:rgr there was a grop of 10-13 bad dude sneaking up the hill towards I was out of ammo and we could see them coming the plan was for our grop of 3 to nade them and shoot like hell. What I was going to do was run away and when the attack was over run back. Thats not how it went. teamate: get ready by now I was so far away i didn't care teamate: they are turing around after a while of runing away a was ambushed by the big grope. well I was playing with my freinds and we all knew eatchothr and I guess they figured out I was running out of ammo, I would of been better off bait.
