random plan thingy the good scripters talk about

Im not to fond of this sites tutorail on it. (i dont got them to work) any other ones?

My plan is to have a tank battle with random tanks being destroyed and shotting.

is there a way to script a tank to use its big gun and have a shell being sceen?

can u do trigger plans with tanks?

When you use the DestroyTarget plan step you will see the shell.

Sure you can do trigger plans with tanks.

As to the "random plan thingy the good scripters talk about", just set a counter to a random integer and then use RedirectIf. Also, with timers you can set the expiry time to a random integer, and likewise the volume on PlaySound. These things should give you all the randomization you could ever want.

I forgot to say if a tank is patoling a zone will it be smart enough not to hit a tree or other object and stop.

Hell no :blink: They're as thick as two short planks. You can't have a Patrol zone anyway for vehicles - you must set a path. And they are very touchy about anything that gets in their way :rolleyes:
