Pyro_Monty 0
Again, I've said no. It would be a real squeeze to get a tenner a month for it. Having said that, if there ever comes a time when you really need another subscriber... you know who to ask.

Pave Low 16
What, so nobody plays GR anymore ? . . . . . or is it only when somebody else pays the bill's 3,682 members and only 9 fans You cant all be in Clans, still at school or paying off the mortgage so, y'all don't fancy playing on a lag free super server with 2x GR sessions, a Raven Shield Session plus another game (still to be decided) ? connie lingus 0
Greetings! I was wondering if everyone that suscribed would have server access to change maps, mods etc.?
warhawk 0
As I have said before while I can understand what you are trying to do here I can not do this myself. Not and stay married at the sametime... I am going to add something here and be serious for a moment. I am not trying to be offensive but rather just put my personal feelings toward this issue. I won't repeat what I said above but that still stands. That said, I have noticed that sense the talk of the new "pay to play" server has surfaced the dedicated server has been getting more and more unstable. I am not inferring any malintentions here so don't take it that way. But is something happening with the current dedicated server, whether it be hardware wise or what ever the case maybe, that is making it so unstable? For example, the spv4 mod, it's a weapons only mod, was activated once (according to Pave Low) along with another mod and the server crashed. Since then the spv4 mod has not been re-activated. Now I have played numerous games online with SOTOPhantom with various missions and this specific weapons mod activated and never once has he crashed because of the missions or mods we were using. I realise that, what he was doing is different from a dedicated server but is it that different? I feel that should this "pay to play" server go online the dedicated server will suffer and therefore those of us who play there will no longer enjoy the same action that we do now. I understand totally what Pave is trying to accomplish it's just that for those of us who simply can not afford to pay I fear that we will in the end be left out of this part of a great community. These are my personal feelings and I am in no way trying to hint, beat around the bush about, or infer anything. My feelings are my own and do not necessarily reflect anyone else at this site. NightCrawler 137
The server is in serious need of some upgrading, don't know exactly what it needs but it needs something. It did this once before last year right before we lost it for several months.
connie lingus 0
Greetings! I think that problems may stem from the fact that this current server is probably shared with other IP's from OFC. Also the new server had better be stronger than the current one, because with all these different games it too, may have troubles.
warhawk 0
@NC Well that is a shame. When it's free one shouldn't complain right? While that goes a long way in explaining why it's unstable my other point still stands. That being that while, should the required number of people be obtained to move forward there will be a shortage I think in the number of people that will be playing on a new server. Again I don't want my statements to be misunderstood in anyway, so don't hesitate to ask for a clarification from me. Stout Hearts Warhawk
NightCrawler 137
Oh don't worry if I need clarification I'll ask. We aren't complaining for exactly the reason you pointed out, it was donated and it has served well, but the community keeps asking for more and only a few have stepped forward to offer any assistance. warhawk 0
Like I said I understand why this method is being pursued. If I could I would be offering my assistance too. But even then my feelings on the subject would still be the same. And it wouldn't be right to have some people paying for something like that, and everyone else get the benefits of it.
