glitch Mid-Air Swimming Glitch?

Ok, I'm new in this community, this is my firts post and by the way I'm new at english too, so please forgive my grammar. Having said that, I'll go straight to the question: Can I use other games weapons sfx files (other than ghost recon franchise) to make new weapon sound effects for ghost recon? I'm asking this because I was mixing a ton of sounds and will love to make my mod public. I don't know where is the crossing line about this topic so if any kind sir can answer me I will appreciate it a lot. thanks. ExT

I downloaded Ghost Recon: Future Soldier today through Steam. I was excited to first play the campaign so I clicked that. I selected 'create new campaign' or whatever it says and the game opened the 'Creating Party' screen, where the game freezes. I am forced to close the program through Task Manager. I tested this at least six times before giving up as I got the same result every time. The next try I accidentally click the 'Guerrilla' game mode button instead of 'Campaign' to find that the exact same thing happened, it froze on the 'Creating Party' screen.
