OK I"m new here and searched around but still can't seem to find my answer. I am looking to play around with some modding of weapons in GRAW2. So far from what I have read IGOR is supposed to come with the software. My version of GRAW2 was a download frmo direct2drive. At first my game was not updated so I was missing folders IE:Pulic_tools. But once I updated to 1.05 the folder was there. But I can't find IGOR. Is that no longer included? Is that a differant download? If so where can I find it. All my google searches for it are just showing forum posts.

Thanks to all. I think my problem is that the OS is real server software. 2k Advanced server. I think my best bet is to just buy a workstation and run the software from it. Seems less of a headache. But thanks for all your responses I will surly keep them in mind when buying the new box. Jugg out!!

Sorry forgot the specs. Its a PIII ZEON. The ram is SD 133. The thing is the game can install fast, but when i run it it crashes. Patches are updated. Im just wondering if it would be easier to go out and drop 300 or 400 on a newer lowline system at a computer show, to just serve for a couple of games. I know I can get at least a 1.5 ghz an im sure the MOBO and vid wont be that great but i would really rather not bother. I would like to us what i have already. Its a compaq ML370. if that helps. Raid is 5. over 3 drives 1 hot spare, 1 other drive is 2KPro (this has the Gr on it). Any tips on what it might need to run better. other than the ram. The server is 3 years old. thanks

My question is I have an old dual 750 proc with 1 gig of ram. I have it set up as ftp now but would like to run it as a small game server for some friends. I have tried to install GR but it wont run and takes forever to install. Also I have noticed on my workstation I need the CD to run the game. Is there anyway to run this dedicated? So I can play also. I would like to leave the server running all the time. I dont want to have to host one from my workstation all the time. Also are these gaming servers real servers or just beefed up workstations running the game? Any help on this subject would be great. Thanks

Thanks guys. Over the weekend I installed all version of the game. I did find the igor and found pretty quick it's not going to work for me. I'm going over to the other site to read read read. Thanks for the replies.
