  1. Having just put GRAW2 back on my system, I'm looking forward to these Brett.. nice work
  2. Starting a new thread, asking the same question that's been answered as best it could be elsewhere isn't productive. If you wish to get further information, I suggest using your first thread. Here or the original Here
  3. I didn't see him, but I only have one reference of him, perhaps WK can enlighten you.
  4. Some of us have been around long enough to remember them(long posts from you) when they were more frequent -
  5. As of current GB is a PC title first, Console could be possible, but would be publisher Dependant
  6. Sony is just getting back at the industry for the BetaMax
  7. Shocked I tell you.. Shocked, can tell that Demo Dick consulted?
  8. You might need to register to view the source the guy works for IW and posted this today (1/16) in the charlieoscardelta forums
  9. I really like my 8600GT if it matters, it'll run VBS1 & VBS2 nicely, Crysis chokes the heck out of it, but I don't think that's uncommon?
  10. I'm almost done with Memory Block 5, not being able to swim is likely to be the end of this game for me.
  11. rgr.. I should have clarified from a control standpoint.. I'm having a great deal of fun with Assassin's Creed right now.. some quirky things, but it's enjoyable to me. I hope this is the same way.
  12. Thanks.. stupid decision.. but who am I? Welcome back by the way
  13. I am looking forward to this actually. Be interesting to see how it translates
  14. You are far more adept than I with the artisitc part of it.. I use a sledgehammer instead of a q-tip
  15. How are you applying the camo? In Photoshop, I always used the wrinkles layer as my base, and then used camo as a secondary layer on top.. adjusting the camo layer property to Softlight, or Overlay, this allowed all(95-98%) the detail in the wrinkle layer to come through.
  16. Not sure if it makes a difference, but he's up to v0.5 - here
  17. Gary Moore - "And the Man Said to His Guitar"
  18. It's working for me here.. on 2 different systems.
  19. Agreed PG.. I find that Overlay brightens the base a bit for my taste, but it does keep the underlying detail as well
  20. Try adjusting the top layers property to Softlight, this will keep most of the color, and allow 98% of the sub layer detail to show through. You'll have to tweak your colors and the selection layer, but that's how I get the detail to come through. I do believe in the case of uniforms it will take you longer to get the colors bledned, but I think the method will work just the same. Crude Example Below And some ingame shots after about 5 minutes worth of work..
