If it is GR2 2007:First Contact, it will not be getting any better save wise. However, to get Rhee(again, if it is 2007:FC), focus on the building that is marked on your radar. As soon as he runs out shoot him and the mission should end. Do not even worry about the others.

You think the game(2007:First Contact) is hard so far? Just wait until level 10 (the dam level)....

I was stuck in the same place, but I have just beaten the level. You need to go inside the builing(ground level, through open fence). Make sure you have sniped any remaining soldiers. In the room, there should be a vehicle with a half open garage door. Go to the garage door, kneel down, and take out your rocket launcher. turn the camera until you can see the tank; if you can't see it, get closer(close enough that the tank won't hit you, of course). Once you can see it, check everything--where it is, how far away it is, and if your gun is loaded(which you shouldn't have used it yet).

Now, peek around the corner and move out some(or else you will blow yourself up). SHOOT! I know it didn't low up... it takes two shots. So go through the process again. Now peek, move out, shoot. Now it should blow up(if you hit it twice).

Do this as quickly as possible! Call for a regroup, change to your main weapon(push square once), and run. Once you get to where the tank is, pull out the launcher again. Two vehicles will be coming down the road. Make sure you have a clear shot and SHOOT!

I think I know what you are speaking of... After you take the hill and it tells you to go see the general, go over to where the slope is. However, do NOT go down the slope. Instead go over to the cliff edge and snipe as many enemies as possible. After you see no more enemies, go down the slope. The first soldier to ur right will be the general. "Bump" into him and he will speak to u. He will tell u to cover the grenadier (the soldier farthest away from u). Make sure that you take out any other enemies while he is talking.

A tank will be shooting at you, so make ur way quickly to the grenadier. If all the enemies(except the tank, of course) are killed, the grenadier will stand and shoot the bridge, destroying the tank.

Now, follow the grenadier. He will take the best cover, so hang back and snipe as many enemies as possible(they have plenty of cover so watch it). DO NOT hide behind the box on the other side, perpendicular to the grenadier... there is/are one or two soldiers up the hill. After all are all killed, go back to the grenadier and "bump" him again. Again, follow him. He will go to another cliff(opposite that of the earlier cliff). Below, a tank will continuously fire at you. Yet again, bump into the grenadier and he will destroy the tank, completing the mission.
