I tried asking ubi for help with this problem and they really didnt help much they just told me to update my drivers and directx which they were both already the latest versions...So im hoping someone on here knows how to help me bc i def wanna play my fav game of all time!

I have Ghost Recon:Gold Edition and I have it installed and when I click on it to play it a little white square pops up and goes away and the game never starts and it keeps doing that but it shows up in my processes along with a (~f39a96.tmp file?) but than after about a min they both go away...Is there a way I can resolve this?
