I just watched the Gamespot HD gameplay videos and it does look very good. It's just that last Co-Op trailer looked a little weak imo. Kind of scared me.

Honestly I’m kind of nervous. On one hand I would LOVE to play a demo, on the other I’m afraid of it not living up to my expectations. Really I want a multiplayer demo the most. The graphics in the MP seem a little lacking in some areas. I want to see it for myself so I’m not as worried about it. Everyone who has played the multiplayer says it looks amazing but the videos just don’t show it so much. I just want to see.

Oh well that's cool. I have to keep the $ down as much as I can. If I tried to build a pc over $1500 she would be very unhappy...which means I'm going to be unhappy. That's why I'll be building it myself.

The demo to the highly anticipated Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter is set to be released on February 22nd, although Ubisoft have given no further details about this demo. I see. Well I can deal with medium settings as long as it runs decent. I just don't want it running under say...30 fps or so. I can't be real picky right now. One other thing. I am building a new pc down the road and I'm curious what a widescreen monitor runs...anything over 19".

Well that's good news. I'm curious how taxing GRAW will be really. Like I said I played the lockdown demo and it ran smooth, I know that's not saying much but I'm really curious if GRAW will be overly demanding on the gpu. The video I saw looked like there were a lot of physics involved which would be more of a cpu kind of thing...right? I guess it's a wait and see type of thing.

Ok, I have a question and I didn’t want to start a new topic so I’m going to ask here and bump this one up. I haven’t been keeping up so much with PC GPUs for a while now. I’m using my pc here at work, which is a decent pc other than the gpu, until I build my new pc around the end of the year or the beginning of next year. So right now the gpu is ATI FireGL V3100 (PCI-E)…great for microstation / AutoCad but not so great for games….though it plays the COD2 and lockdown demo very well. Anyway, if I wanted to replace the gpu with another what’s the best gpu I could get for

All I meant was I don't check the console forum, I don't have a console. Just saying that since this pertains to BOTH platforms it should be in both forums, I'm sure alot of people looking for GR:AW PC info don't check the GR:AW console forum. I agree. I have posted stuff over there that had already been posted over here and the mods deleted it. I don't really understand that because a lot of the console guys don't come over here so they never saw it. Why shouldn't it be on both boards?

That's strange, it's been said from amy sites the 360 demo would be out "around" a week before the 9th. Oh well....who knows? I'll PM GhostNine1 on the IGN boards and see if he will give me any info.

I posted it a few days ago but no one said much about it. Oh well...

Thank you Lysander! Same thing I was thinking! They look like "cut & paste" figures from GR2. Animations were just flat out awful. I had to go back and watch the multiplayer video preview just because I didn't want to remember it that way.

hmmmm... but it is a co-op video? ← Yeah but it looks very weak imo. Especially the graphic and damn I hate the whole lone wolf thing. The multiplayer video preview from a couple weeks ago looked a lot better than this. Oh well…might just be the quality of the video.
