ok i ned to know how to edit kil files so i can chagne the restrictions in my servers to my liking. also how do i take a gun say sniper rifle from a mod and place it in another mod? is it possible? what files would have to be transfered? aslo, how do i attach a set of kits to my new character? ive made some great skins and guns and rets but having trouble slapping it together.. anyone help pls?
