Me too, Took about 10-15mins yesterday to boot up after installing up-dates on shut down, it just sat there saying o of 3 updates 0 % complete, do not switch off your PC. I was about to give when the desk top just popped up ?? not had any problem since.

They didnt take the old modem, Engineer told me to chuck it in the bin !! The super hub came free with the 50MB so its just the increace in service cost, I understand that they are doing alot of work on there hubs and servers at the moment , in my area we have had email and service outages over the last few weeks, they have not been off for long though, seems there having a massive up grade and getting ride of alot of the old NTL stuff. i still have and NTL email address and it seems they could be going soon as well.

There don't seem to be much of a drop in DL speeds for me , unless im DLing something @ 1.5GB then it seems to slow down quite a bit, That said it does depend alot on the site, ive noticed the places like File front i get really bad speeds on while other poeple get good speeds

I just made the move to 50MB from the 20MB the upload speeds are fast and yes the download is too but, with the 20MB i was getting 17-18MB even at peak times but with the 50MB the highest i have seen is 43MB but it averages around 35MB, I have read emails from Virgine saying there going to do away with the 20MB service and put it up to 30MB. if they can give the same kind of high averge speeds as they did with 20MB then it might not be worth the cost of changing to the 50MB

Hi, As far as I’m aware the only program that will let you create a vehical file is 3DMax 4 or 5, It’s not just a case of creating a 3d model the model has to be tagged and named as well has having special helper points added to it geometry, that the game engine recognizes. These things can only be done from within Max using the Red storm plug-in that only works with Max4 and Max5. However if you have a Copy of Max4/5 may be you could find a way to import the model you have into max as a .3ds file may be ?

Hi all, A quick question, has anybody out there on Virgine media got the new "Virgin Media Super Hub" If so are they ok ? is there any gaming issues like those reported with BT home hub? Hi When you say it is Functional, is that on MAC or PC ? also i noticed looking through the files that there is no credit list for the mods used in your mod. Im sure you would have contacted the moders for permissions to use their stuff and that you have simple over looked putting the credit file in it looks a very interesting mod, although im not sure the flash bangs are gonna work in GR and i think some of the R6 maps have already been remade for GR. Ok after another look around i found your credit splash screens but most mods would also include a credit file like this

Yes but they are game related issues its not because XBOX,A has a different CPU,GFXcard,Sound card to XBOX B C D.......

The other problem is, that it is a lot less hassel for the devs to make+/-- versions of a consel game (X-box, PS3, WII, DS) than it is to make 1 PC version that will run on every combination of PC hardware/software configuration Just look around the different tech help threads here in the GR forums, What works on 1 PC may not on another even though they are of simular spec. It may be just down to what type of DVD/RW drive you have as to wether the games copy right protection lets you play the game or not ?

Who cares ? Its COD that means run round shoot everything that moves, shoot it some more, then frag it for good measure. who cares if its not historically correct when i want realism i play GR or ArmA. COD is pure run'n'gun escapism
