I think this is to do with the old original youtube accounts, I had and old account too and have not been able to accsess it for a couple of years since Google bought youtube. the account i set up after is fine

-
I think hit damage is something that could be altered in IGOR, But i have never modded that side of the game
so im not sure how its done. As for a mod i have not seen one that gives you more protection usually there more based on reality and decreas your armour

If you want a long shot, There was a mission in Frostbite mod were you were just sat a a high ledge waiting for a convoy to pass and you had to kill one perticular person. Now if you placed your high ground in bottom right corner of the map and had you kill zone top left that should give you around 500 meters distance

-
Well you could start here
and any map bigger than 400 x 400 meters is not going to show on the command map, So i would look at the idea you have for a map, draw it out on paper then see if it can be broken down into smaller maps. Then play your story line out, each mission taking place on a different map, EG, if you split it into 9 maps then do a day and night version of each ( which is the same maps lit in different ways) you will end up with 18 different maps
if all the maps are consitant with the same style trees, building and sounds, it will look like all the action takes place in the same area
*** Edit***
Ummm seems some of the links from that page dont work
so try this instead -
Do you mean like this ?

I think they look nice, we were going to use them in the Blood Oil mod but the guy who created the original model did'nt like the the camo textures on them
so we had to with draw them and go with his originals

Skins are by
Eskwaad

The model looks good
for a first go well done ,But i have to ask a question ? and please dont take this the wrong way
But why go to all the trouble of making this model if your not going to use it in GR? may be you have another game in mind for it ? but you only mention GR, You would be much better off finding yourself a copy of Max5 from somewere
that way you can use the RS plug in for max and place the correct helper point and export to game to see what it looks like as your going along

I like the last picture alot

Thanks ZekoI love the picture, that ghosting effect on the water around the rocks is great, makes me what to go and shoot sun sets,
But im with out my camera at the moment, as i mentioned in a prevoius post it took a little tumble, I thought it was just the lens that broke, but while taking the last lot of Photos The camera was having problems, i lost the focus point indicator lights, then the veiw finder kept going out of focus
So its been sent back to mr Canon for a repair estamate. Just my luck now i have been bitten by the photo bug
Not done any real photography since the days of my beloved Canon T60 -

Can someone tell me what this Ghost Rider thing is all about, is it fake? That looked absolutely crazy.
No its not faked, he would turn up evey now and again with these vidoes, either on bikes of high preformance cars, taunting the police to chase him, but having escape routes all worked out. It seems that they may have tracked him down in the end.He was an Auzie, and a member of the specail forces, who had bikes and cars in storage in there country and visited the country around the times these incedents happened. The Australian Government would not let him be deported for prosicution, So i have read on many forums and Bike mags
needless to say there have been many imitators and not all the so called GHOSTRIDER videos are the real GR.But nobody knows anything for sure
There are a few different stores about as to who it is, There is a guys from Germany, Sweden and the UK all being in the frame, But the guy from Austraila as far as im aware is the only guy the swedish police have persude as far as prosicution and the guy does own several high preforance bikes and a souped up scuby that match the ones in the vidoes ?

@ Cpl Ledanek PM sent

@ Alex, not bad for a compact
has it got a close up mode ? (Macro) keep at it.As i already mentioned, its not as good quality as my 1st attempt, It was very windy which mad focusing difficult, I had zoomed out to get the whole web in shot, so i have also lost some detail there. It was also a noisy day so you may wish to turn the sound down rather than listen to whats going on in the street !. Again if you watch it on youtube it will go 1080HD

A few more stills

And a short video

Well this is the last of the garden safari pics, as the weathers changed and im back to work

But i have to say after sitting in the garden for the last four days im amazed just how much life there is out there, Not just your day to day stuff like birds and cats. its amazing i would recomend it to everyone. The next dry day you get grab your camara sit or lie in the middel of your garden for half an hour and see how may different insects, birds and so on you actually see, try it you'll be suprised

how big is the one you have?
and i'm gunna guess, you ran out of space?
Yep ! i only have 8GB card the spider took so long on the construction of the supports for the web that once it got to bit were he's doing the fun part the card run out of memory half ways through. I have had a look at what i have and TBH its not as good a one i did yesterday,
Because i wanted to get the whole web in i was zoomed out more, so it looses a lot of the detail the other vid had. Plus it was quite breezey today, not much to us, but to that little chap it must have seemed like hurricain. He was bouncing about on the web quite a bit . I will see what i can use and post a vid later

-
3 little words,
NEED BIGGER MEMORY CARD !!!
Well i know thats 4 words , but you can guess what happened -
Im sorry i did'nt see that the thread was marked private ?

-
Thanks Guys
Thats a good plan Rocky
and one i had thought about, how ever it comes back to the question of battery life, more so than the remote shooting the video eats the standard battery. So it will have to wait till i have a battery pack or mains lead. which is on the list of things to buy before my planned trip to the Canadian Rockys. Im off all week, and it looks like were gonna get some nice weather so may be i will give it a go with a fully charged battery and see how long it lasts.

"Garden Orb spider
Araneus diadematus
This brightly coloured beauty comes in a variety of shades of orange and brown, and is characterised by the pattern of white dots on its back which resemble a cross. The minutely spiny legs are banded light and dark.
Seen here at the centre of a 300mm circular web spun vertically between the leaves of Iris by the garden pond, this female (body length 13mm) was ready to react to any fly that became snared on the web. Small prey were taken back to the centre of the web and devoured on the spot. Larger prey were taken off to a more secure food cache in the event that the web would need to be rebuilt. The much smaller and less spectacular males might be found around the periphery of the web waiting to scavenge any leftovers.
In some cases the female takes up a rather less conspicuous position outside the web but maintains contact through a 'signal thread' that returns vibrations from the centre of the web.
At rest, after a full meal or pending a web rebuild, these spiders will often be found with their long legs tightly tucked up close to the body.
This is a common and widespread species that can be found throughout the northern hemisphere"
