We cannot access advanced properties within this graphics card such as hardware acceleration even with the 4 in 1 and VIA Unichrome (KM400) drivers in place. The best clue was probably dxdiag not being able to recognise much of anything on the integrated video. We're building a new dedicated GR server that we just started renting from managed.com. We get an exception error (see log below) every time we launch GR or the dedicated server - GR shortcut. The system was installed by default with a "standard VGA adapter" driver from Windows 2003. Although dxdiag indicates the adaptor supports directX 8 or better, I think the card may be the problem.
