I've been trying to Install GR for the past week or so with no luck what so ever! Everytime it gets to 99% it says installing Executable then I get an error box with the following:

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can defeat this beastly error? "Unspecified Error" what the hell is that? I have the following config:
CPU: P4 2.0ghz
HD: 3gig free HD space
Video: ATI Radeon 7500
MEM: 256 Meg
OS: Windows 2000
