    It will certainly be curious to see how the king of bitmaps and queen of vectors manage the union.  Analysts believe that Adobe's roadmap will likely hinge on taking the strengths of certain applications to supercede weaker ones ... e.g., Dreamweaver to supercede GoLive, Illustrator to supercede Freehand.  Sounds good to me!

    Getting the 'Freehand ~ Illustrator' mix right is what im sweating it on :unsure:.

    Will they pick the bits i like from both :thumbsup: or the worst :o= ...and you guys think the " Whole GR1 V GRAW PC " fight on here has got Messy at times.

    LoL....Im already fighting with my cousin about this he is sooooooo AI AI AI while i like a lot of aspects of freehand ....... but i have to use AI cos he is a {DELETED} man....LoL

    wuth logo desiign most clients have core colours and generaly unless the brief states otherwise that is what you use as your starting point.....some briefs however will ask for a total rebranding where you will look at the whole concept. including everything from colour pallet fonts logos etc...

    ..would anyone be interested in "The GDC clinic" to see a break down of how we appoached our worked towards our final submission, i for one would love to see how you guys worked it though.

    Well here it is......hummmm not realy happy with it although it resizes well and the vectors work as plain images too....after seeing 'Deleyt's' awesome 3d work i wanna cry ...lol good one! RSE would be mad not to want to use them.

    i dont think that two weeks is too long, and i just wish i had found my mojo for this one Ronin as i said before being hard isnt a bad thing.

    but please make the next one easier lol cos the tin foil is making my hair a mess... :wacko:

    thats soooooo typical blame us women ...... shame on you ....lol besides your research skipped over the horror of mundane day to day travel on our tube ...lol...u wanna try the northern line ..... the mental scars of trying to get my final collection to a fashion shoot during rush hour after a week of noooooooo sleep .... mind the gap ....mind the sanity...well there have been some good entrys and well GDC isnt about easy or every one would be doing it .... bring on the next challenge hopefully we will all rise to it ... Hooah

    this link will take you to loads of research pics for a traditional british gallery range although Bisleys "century range is famous for its size 100 lanes" most military ranges have rougnly 15 to 25 ish lanes.

    500mtr would be a start point for sniping and should go out as far as targets are visable with in GR 25 mtr ranges are generaly used for 9mm ammo, although since the SA80 came in they could also be used.

    i have some high quality images of Fig 11 targets for a gallery range that i will try to find for you if you dont have them. converting this image to be used on etr will just require recolouring and a little resizing as there marginaly smaller.

    PM me if you do. have a look at AA shooting ranges for training if you have it downloaded.

    static range shootings purposes in the militar is to zero the weapon to the individual and to confirm the lessons in aiming off for range and windage that are taught in basic training.

    I'm glad there are other Fireworks users out there. I thought I might be the only one not using Photoshop.

    :) How many o you work with Apple comps? Am I the only one?

    Ibook G4 is my mainstay but PC as well when its not being broken grrrrrrrl

    ouch im racking my brain cell ..... oh blessed mother of inspiration dont fail me now ...... and as a victim of the northern line for a few years the hearing "mind the gap" invokes the OMG its a cattle train journey lol ..... off to warp tin foil round my head ...
