When i recently tried to play Ghost recon online i got this message. "A new version of ubi.com is available. Do you wish to update yours now?" When I click yes it downloads an update but goes back to the same message? HELP!!!!

I looked throught the forum but I can't seem to find any help for this problem. I installed Ghost Recon, Desert Siege, Island Thunder and the 1.3 and 1.4 updates. On the opening screen it say's I have ver 1.4, but when I try to join a game UBI says I only have ver 1.0.0.1 and must download the updates. I have been playing online for several years and this is a new install in a new computer. Also if I try to host a game it crashes to the desktop when I try to start it, other then that the game plays fine in single user mode. Any help would be appricated. Steve

Set desktop and game to 16bit, turned all the graphics settings to low and it still crashes

I'm new to all this so I could use all the help I can get on this one. Ghost Recon keeps crashing on me. Sometimes it just locks up, other times it goes to a blue screen and other times it just goes back to windows. It happens anywhere from 30sec to 10min into the game, but it happens in every game. I have GR and the 2 expansion packs plus the updates to 1.4, but no mods installed. From looking at other posts it seems posting the dxdiag log is helpfull, so here goes.
