If thats the case then I can officially state that ubisoft is making GR2 "the real one" the follow on from the classic game with an updated engine but still keeping all the classic recon game, it will ship with 9 player coop support and feature all the best updated maps from the GR series... Some of them kids look like they had an accident in an orange paint factory and spend wayyyyyyyy too much time on personal grooming, if my son ever decided to go orange he'd be tied up in the yard and hosed down. True enough I suppose the DLC that the console boys get they do have to pay for, but! Have we been given the chance to get more content? Either as you say the pc sales were disappointing or maybe they dont think we'd be interested in any DLC.

With all the love thats being shown to the 360 version of the game, with new content and the video of how they remade ghost town I was wondering if anyone else thinks that GRAW2 for PC was just an afterthought to keep the pc crowd happy, you know, throw the dog a bone to keep him happy kind of thing. The aftercare given to the two platforms seems extemely one sided or is that just the way i'm looking at it?

You've got more patience than me HF, after the 2nd death I'd have gone for a refund and started looking at different consoles, i'd just have no faith in the machine and i'd just be waiting for it to fail again. Its just not worth the hassle in my opinion, no matter how good it is.

You could go into device manager and disable the soundcard

What really helps pirates justify what theyre doing is staggered release dates, why wait a week or two when you can download a version thats been released in a different part of the world, I certainly didnt wait a whole week for island thunder, I downloaded it and played it and when the UK version was released I bought it, releasing like that just makes no sense.

Amazing how much its come on since flashpoint isnt it and now I can see how much work goes into creating trees and bushes, i'm impressed.

Dont think there is but you could get a network camera, just a big long network cable connected to a camera that has an ip address, not sure how much they cost but I know me mate uses them at his school to monitor classrooms. If you go to the akasa site it does say that its a 3pin socket with one wire monitoring the rpm of the fan, maybe the wire's broken or not connecting properly http://www.akasa.co.uk/akasa_english/spec_..._ak_186_l2b.htm

have you got a link to the ebuyer page you're looking at mate, the only place I can see where it says for a specific socket is where you buy a heatsink and fan together, like on this page at overclockers http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist....7&subid=821 but if you look on the left you can buy any fan in any size, i've got this one stuck on my heatsink http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....57&subcat=4

Blimey I thought they all just fitted, its all the same power socket on the motherboard isnt it? and as long as it fits on the heatsink it should work. Check in the bios to see what its got in the hardware checks on boot. Mine kept giving errors about the case fan not working till I turned it off, there are 3 fans in my case and they were all working fine, the motherboard just wasnt picking them up cos I'd not plugged them into the motherboard, check that the fan he's put in has been plugged into the right socket on the motherboard too, just in case.
