[Problems with Multiplayer - Reboot message]

Seems like every time I go on xbl after a few minutes I get a message 'There was a problem, plrase reboot your xbox' or something to that effect. I only seem to have it with this game, does anyone else have this? trying to rule out my xbox (it got dropped at the last lan party lol).
