    1- Army E4:

    Whats the diference between a Corporal (CPL) and a Specialist SPC)?

    The same goes for E8:

    Master Sergeant (MSG) and First Sergeant (1SG)

    And E9:

    Sergeant Major (SGM) and Command Sergeant Major (CSM)

    Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the difference between them is just one specializes in a certain field while the other is mainly a leader?
