u just have to lauch the program with the stras and stripes icon then go to file/open choose the skins (or other .rsb) u want to convert then convert it. this program will convert ur rsb into tga format wich u can modify as u want using photoshop or paintshoppro. the conversion will be in the same folder as the .rsb (or create a nex folder where u can put all ur conversion later) It seems that this program don't convert all the skins but most of them hope it will help

i'm actually doing a mod with 4 new sets of playable skins 7th cavalry unit (rifleman, sniper, demo, suport and specialist) (fictionnal unit) 10th mountain unit (same) russian infantry unit (same) french foreign legion (same) i'm near the end for the skins but i got a little problem on doing customs kits... i'd like to know if i can do special kit for the same unit... i explain myself, i want to create a kit for each set of units (ex one kit for legion rifleman) but how can i do to make this set not accessible for the other riflemen??? i try to change the basic path for the k
