Spectre, I love my Sapphire 9600 256mb. The first one I got was messed up but they replaced it for me. This one's been running for around 3 yrs now? Good cards, there. Foxtrot, my 9600 supports 2.0 shader model... Isn't that what you need? It runs Lockdown at around 30 FPS average at high detail when OC'd, if that tells you anything about GRAW.

Why do ya say that? Depends on how I like my x1600 and how much one would be willing to offer for it... They're going on ebay for 70 new. I OC'd mine to 380mhz core, 380mhz (shown as ddr) memory.

Singleplayer was good. I couldn't tell you about the online MP but splitscreen is a blast! (Me and my bro both being Droidekas!) Oh, I've played it on Xbox only though, I just realised that... So my comments are probably not reliable for PC.
