  1. you can change it this is what i did-i opened this folder GhostRecon\Mods\Origmiss\Kits\sniper - thing open sniper1 with notepad or whatever u have youll see this(without the colors) -

    the words in red are the kits first kit is sniper rifle and the second is the handgun(secondary),to change it just go to your equip folder and scroll down you should see some .gun files just copy the name into there like if you want a m16 for secondary just put m16.gun,but dont save it in that folder you need to save it in your own mod folder,so you dont overwrite that-now you need to change the little picture on the bottom right when you playing GR(the weapons)which if you look back at the kitfile up top it is in blue the file is in the GR/data/shell/art/kit/sniper(this can be done with photoshop,paintshop pro)and there is a tutorial for changing the picture just go to recon

  2. yea well this is to see the actors face and skins if u got IT go into your cd folder which is e: to me and then extras then rsbeditor then unzip that and click the RSBeditor icon it has a picture saying RSB and click what ever mod folder then whatever RSB then FlV sign

    hope its not confusing ;)

    DO NOT MERGE THE LAYERS YET! Before you continue, take the layer with the moss, right-click it, then hit duplicate layer. There should be a drop down menu, that says: ica_us_sniper_body.rsb; character_trans.rsb; mo1_overgrowth.rsb; New. Obviously, we’re going to move it to the sniper uniform. Okay, now continue.

    this i need some help still,i went to duplicate layer and clicked snipe_body,it just maks the grass cutout of the last layer and paste it in the sniper_body

    Here’s the easy part. In Character_Trans.rsb, go ahead and go to the alpha channel. Select>Color Range, again, and click on the black. Now go back to RGB and select the layer with all of your moss on it. Hit delete. Don’t forget to make it so the goggles can be seen like this
    then for this i went to alpha channel,select>color range then clicked the black then went back to RGB now i see the outline of the ghille and goggles and all with lines,hit click clear but nothing happens
  4. Rainbow Team 2 had a flashbang I think, don't know how well it worked though
    do u know where i can get this

    The pic is an MP-5, it is in normal unmodded GR (Specalists only), and the Rainbow mod has one, as does Navy Seals v2 and many other weapons mods - it is (IMO) the best sub-gun ever made.
    i know its an mp5 and i wanted a modded one because the GR mp5 i dont really like but i saw this one i think it was on grm4.8 or hx4,it had a new reticule and sounded alittle different
  5. im trying to make a mod based on the movie the negotiator,i have the skins made and the weapons,i just need the map,i need like the map "Downtown" but that has 4 buildings,probably 3-4 stories and have the surrounding like roads and things-page me for further info

  6. can you turn a frag into a flashbang,like take out the explosive part and put in a bright light part,or a smoke part but have it like a radius 5ft around where it would hurt or wound u---and anyone know of a mod that has this gun,looking for it to be regular and silencedclick this

  7. on the Making An Effective Ghillie Suit(By Ruin) :D ,i need some help for this part here

    Go ahead and minimize your character uniform, we don’t need it right now. Next, go to our texture. Switch over to our Alpha Channel, and then use the Select>Color Range tool. Select the white area. Go back to RGB and copy the selected area. Paste it over onto the Ghillie suit several times. Don’t worry just yet about where it belongs. Paste it so it covers EVERYTHING (merge the moss into one layer). Then, you’ll have this
    -i dont get what you mean by paste the grass over the ghillie suit several times cause i did that and the grass wont go on the corners it,so it doesnt cover the whole thing just the middle,i tried to select it all then paste but it just paste in the middle,any help
  8. i retextured the ghost town map to be dark,i play it and its fine,now i just need to change the sky but when i so i click the enviroment editor and then click map go to mp1 the map ghosttown,then sky i put in PoW sky save it then click close go to new then click enviroment get the ghost town night evir then click ok then ok and igor crashes right then --and where is the ground file for embassy map

    Open the darkmaps in Photoshop and and select the whole image.

    Then fill the image with black at about 50 percent and save

    so is this what you do to every map that you want to turn to night,how do you turn a night map to day? :blink:
