  1. Honestly the only reason is because i like desert stuff. Desert night is green anyway so when coupled with black spear they should be ok for some close in action in green places.
  2. I hope everyone enjoys them, any bugs please let us know. I have some plans for some SF Tan units and desert night with desert spear units as well

  7. Needs to be XML scripted into the model. Jackel's (Sam) up and coming seal pack has this built into it. No work around either to get it working if it isn't scripted into the model
  8. Few things that may help 1. Set all ur LOD in your config as low as they will go i.e. .0000001 2. Set ur textures in the config to high res i.e minimum of 512x512 (if ur computer can handle it set them to 1024x1024 3. Get DXDLL and play around with the LOD bias by putting them into negative territory (however note doing this will cause aliasing) 4. If you are already running DXDLL turn down the glare size, glare strength and desaturation effects, once again turning these down can cause alaising if you have other settings turned up 5.   12. Starting with the VBS.cfg this is a copy of mine. I suggest you change it to what i have here for the lines marked <===== With the 3D and CPU benchmark your computer will be penalised if you use an AMD processor, generally doesnt matter so you don't need to change the setting Make sure it is showing the correct ram at 'Total_Memory' otherwise it will not allocate files to ram properly and will start using the windows paging file prematurely. Can you post the contents of the following VBS files, this will help me work out why you're getting slow FPS. vbs.cfg ---> found in the 'VBS\' directory UserInfo.cfg ---> found in the 'VBS\Users\Yourname\' directory

If I'm not mistaken very shortly BAS (Ballistic Addon Studio, was one of the largest and one of the more "succesful" addon groups in Operation Flashpoint, or some such) are going to release a SF pack, now if its what i'm thinking it is, it'll have 22nd SAS in it.... if not it'll be Tonali (some BAS island project, totally fictional) Special Forces. Personally, i'm hoping its the first option, some 22nd SAS in VBS1 would be bloody marvelous/brilliant/great etc..... particulary when teamed up with US Army Delta and Australian SASR, some sort of Joint Task Force or whatever.
