  1. Yes we have the standard upgrade.

Last night two of us ran some missions and firefights. At one stage we ran the firefight ith 110 enemies(we got through 66..lol) but we had no crashes of the game. We both had high speed connections.

Two members of our squad are still on dial up and I'm thinking this may be the problem,a lag problem.

We normally just host IP games, is this the best way to play the multiplayer?

We also run Roger Wilco while playing, but I don't think this causes any conflicts.

  2. Thanks for the help, it's appreciated.

I think this is what you mean.

GhostRecon caused an Access Violation in module GhostRecon.exe at 001b:00484009.

Exception handler called in Main Thread.

    Error occurred at 12/1/2004 21:37:44.

    C:\Program Files\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\GhostRecon.exe, run by Michael.

    1 processor(s), type 586.

    768 MBytes physical memory.

Read from location 00000000 caused an access violation.

This comes from the IKE crash file.

  3. G'Day all

Would like to congratulate the hosts of this site, great job, good site.

Our squad have mainly been involved in flight sims, but have wandererd across to GR for a bit of a change and now play on a regular basis.[xxxxxxxxxx]Click here for our squad webpage

We have recently downloaded the Alpha mod, which is brilliant, however some missions crash, and the whole game shuts down. These seem to be the missions where lots of action is taking place.

Some of our members still use dial up, and I'm wondering if this is the problem, or are there other reasons.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheeers :D
