If you do the actual .max model then I can always get some colors on the thing. The important thing is creating the actual model with as close a shape to the gun as possible. Then texturing it shouldnt be too tough. I have 3dsmax4.2 send your stuff over and I will try to help you. Why don't u post some renders here of the model on this thread? We would all love to give an opinion. Please note....if you do donate the weapon to the sniper cannon mod I will honor and use your .gun file. However I will probably alter it slightly and add an explosive round to the gun. Muhoohahhahaaa

I think I share both your opinions however I have yet to play splinter cell. I am about to get the game and I will share more of my thoughts. Ghostrecon is my first love though. Dark Ranger, if you already like it with the first mission just wait till you play more missions. I must make a point here about sniper weapons in hitman2. I think the way they handle the recoil and being able to hold the weapon on the target is very entertaining. It at least tries to approach realism in that regard when holding the reticule steady. I think it is something RSE should think about for ghostrec

I just finished playing hitman2 which has very addicting gameplay and multiple methods or paths to complete a mission. It was exciting to play. And the graphics engine was incredible and a vast improvement over hitman1 . Now the question is....for games of this type do you feel splinter cell is better? If so...why?

OMG could somebody please do one of those delta operator skins or any of those skins for the ghostrecon community mod?? We are still working hard on it.

You might have to study the not so good photos of the weapon and improvise your own texture from the bad pic and from other pics of different guns. We are talking about the big Steyr amr prototype right? Any chance I can persuade u to donate the weapon to the sniper cannon mod??

I am not sure but I think hes the machine gunner in his squad. At last word he told his wife he was doing ok. As for his name soup I thnk he got that name from his buddies on his squad. I am not sure though. Unforunately, I am poor (lol). But if you can send him something from whats on the list I'm sure he would appreciate it.

ya hunter. how do i get a job with certs but no experience??? Am I doomed to start off as a help desk? without ever seeing a server?? how do i get foot in the door when i lack experience. I need a entry level position that would train me to work on servers not answer phones at helpdesk and get coffee.

I started that one myself. But unless I wanted a paper mcse I decided not to go for it. I will go for the the mcsa instead. You only need four certs for that one. I already have win2k pro, server and I am shooting for network infrastructure. I would only need one in win2k administration and I would get the mcsa.

Ok. I talked to soup's wife again. It would be nice to those who can if they could snail mail soup and give your support to him while he is at (quite possibly) war with Iraq. That sounds like a good idea. Can someone put that suggestion in a mission? Maybe even low down the visibile effect of the tank exploding? Because real anti material rifles just incapacitate a armored vehicle so it becomes unfunctional. What do you think?

Unfortunately the most popular online mod (on ubi.com maybe) is dagrm4.8 Its a mod that people from this site like to try to pretend it doesn't exist but yet it does. It uses material from other modders without their permission and that is frowned upon. Another thing about the mod is that it uses terribly unrealistic .gun files which is ruining the game for some becaues of its widespread popularity. Its a fun mod but its more of a "run and gun" kind of gun mod. Needless to say you won't find a link for that mod from here. Me and the fellas here are trying desperately to come out with
