  1. I recently purchased a creative inspire p5800 ( 5.1 speaker system). I have, supposedly, a 5.1 integrated sound card. but I only get 2.1 sound when playing GR. I have tried several different sound options combos in the game but no change. I have downloaded an ac3 program which works great in windows media player but appears incompatible with games. I understand I can't get 5.1 from a non 5.1 recorded source but can't I get something from the rear speakers when playing GR? I have a dell 4700 with 5.1 ingrated sound.
  2. I have downloaded numerous mods. I appreciate the way you can turn them on and off. I recently have downloaded some total conversions but I am hesitant to install them for fear of overwriting and not being able to turn them on and off. Can I turn total conversions on and off like regular mods? Or once I install them to get back to pre install configuration, do I have to delete and reinstall all previous mods? While I got your ear, it seems some equipment mods have sensors that have a wider range than others is this true or my imagination? Thanks SSG LETT
