Yes, I'm with you there.
Scotland vs France?, can't see them making it. So maybe vs Argentina they will have something to say.
The Irish have to clearly beat Argentina, but they showed themselves so strong to concede few Tries. Let's wait and see.

Well, France crushed Ireland. I was a bit disappointed with the Irish, I thought they would do it better and now they will have to fight with Los Pumas to get into the quarter-finals.
This looks like a NZ-France in the quarters

, i saw UK and made a mistake with it.I watched another France match (vs Namibia), if u can call it a match (u need two teams for that
). This Friday, I'll go to a friend's house to watch France-Ireland, i hope it's a good game. We are gonna show a rugby match to a friend who never watched one before, and we told him it was the "purest sport".
For the rest i can't comment so much, i guess all goes as expected with some "surprises". I talk about the scorings, cause the results are like u say the ones u could expect (as the England-USA, England-SA, Ireland-Georgia, ...).
About the Ireland, France and Argentina pool, puff not sure who gonna make it into the quarter-finals. This Friday will tell us if France still can make it

Here i just can watch France ones till the Quarterfinals start when i will be able to watch all the games. I have Tv5 (French channel) on my TV cable.
I watched the Pumas' victory over France in the opening match. It was really great, so much heart in this sport. I really like it.
I was able to watch also some Heineken cup matches during the season on Spanish television.
I played football and futsal till this year and even when u can imagine i like a lot i guess i prefer to watch a rugby match (between the best teams/national teams, cause i watched Spanish league and bah, wasn't good enough) before most of the football ones.
Looking forward for more games. I want NZ to win or Ireland, but i guess it could be one of the quarterfinal matches. I guess you support England?. They don't look strong enough this year, i watched few pre-world cup matches and they had big defeats. How do you see them?

Today at Games Convention in Leipzig, Bohemia Interactive announced ArmA 2, its latest military simulation game for PC DVD-ROM and next generation consoles (originally known also as Game 2).
ArmA 2 is set in a near future, year 2009, in a fictional post soviet country Chernarus. Players will be sent as members of United States Marine Corpse Force Recon squad to this area to prevent further civilian casualties and ensure ongoing stability in Chernarus.
Arma 2 is based on the latest generation technology, offering large –scale game world, authentic and extremely detailed modern units, weapons, vehicles and environments, challenging single player and vast array of multiplayer options.
ArmA 2 is expected to be released in 2008. Full game website will be available soon at http://www.arma2.com

I tried it on 1400x900 (8800gtx, dual core e6600, 2GB Corsair dominator) and it looks amazing.
Anyways it's not my kind of game but maybe it's a good present for my bro's birthday

So it ends acting the way i think it's the best ---> mission maker decides it
I'm sure others won't share my view, but the mission maker makes the mission and he decides. People has the option not to play it.

So whats the point of not letting those organized people (as u say is meant to be played) to freely choose what they want?
It's already been covered why it like it is... a few times even.
I know and i understand it, even if i understand people not sharing that point of view.
To me the mission maker should be the one who decides what kits(weapons) are for that specific mission, cause he is the only one who knows what he was aiming to.
At the end if you don't like it you can edit it for your tastes. Of course asking for permission if you release it and it's not only for you
(i don't think mission makers would have any problem with people just changing the kits available, i wouldn't) -
Thats why i say that it doesn't matter if you create your own kit (free selection i mean) or have predefined ones, in public servers with no leader that will happen all the time.
But as i see it, the best would be to let the people choose their kits, since they are organized (by definition as you say) there is no need for some external "power" to decide for them.
I play ArmA and the mission maker decides what to give to the players. Some give pre-kits so you play with what they thought it was good for the mission, some place some ammo crates where you can pick other weapons, and some other ways you can imagine.
I don't have any problems with that, but what I'm sure that in "my" server there is no room for 100 scoped nadelaunchers +AT even if the mission allows it. We always have a leader (anyone can be it) who decides how to play that mission and gives roles for the players. People not accepting it know what they have to do.
Sometimes there are people playing in the server when "we" come to play, they are playing other way (respawns, "rambo style", ...), but as soon as that mission ends and we are playing if they don't follow orders and our gameplay they are out.

I don't have the game and don't know if i will (but i keep checking these forums) but i think you miss one thing:
You say that for having those pre-kits you make it so people have to do team work.
But that's not completely true, what makes the teamwork is some "leader" saying (ok, more things make it but this is an essential one):
- you pick that weapon and extra nades
- you sniper and extra ammo
- you this weapon and anti-tank
- ...
By having pre kits in a non-organized server you'll find all people using the guns/kits they want and not looking for what they could need. The same way would happen if people could create their own kits.
You may say that with ow kits all people would end with that scoped weapon with nadelauncher and AT, but that doesn't make any difference cause in an organized server that wouldn't happen, there would be a leader saying what to pick.
When you play coop, you mainly end playing in one server with the same people (no need to be a clan), using comms with them and actually doing great missions (it doesn't matter which game GR, GRAW1&2, OFP, ArmA, ...). So if I'm right what this people ask if a way to play the game the way they want.

There is no animations cause he is waiting for the tools to be released.

Lodu finished to model and texture the animals planned for his first pack, but he must wait till the release of the animation tools. A first version of the pack should be available during the 4th quarter of this year.
First release will have:
- six animals from cold areas: Aurochs, Horse of Preswalski, Wolf, European Bison, Bear and Dash.
- five animals from hot areas: Elephant, Giraffe, Crocodile, Zebra, Rhinoceros.
Lodu already planned many others for next releases. Hippopotamus, Lion, Hyena, Antelope for the “heatâ€. Stag and wild boar for the “coldâ€.
Later on, birds and prehistoric animals could make their appearances.

yes, unfortunately ghostaholic was hacked/attacked.
Someone got control of the server and used it for email spam.
When SunRaa got control again they decided to "######" us and deleted all the files/pics from the users.
There is always nice people around

Yeah could be, when i watched it first time was at work with no sound
Then at home i just checked the music, didn't take care of gunfires. I was looking the animations used and trying to remember similitudes between the movie scenes and the video.
There are few sound mods out for the game which look great. At this point I'm trying the Chammy's one. Many times I'm scared listening all the bullets around me and find me rolling on the ground trying to escape

So you want to disable completely those multimedia keys, don't you?
Can you try to shut down the KBD.exe process running?
KBD or Keyboard Manager ---> Multimedia keyboard manager. This program makes the one-touch keyboard buttons functional. Disable through the Keyboard icon inside Control Panel. Doing this will make the one-touch keys useless but the normal keys will still work.I know this process starts up with my computer when i reboot or start the PC.
I can shut it down when i do ctrl+alt+sup, and if i do it those keys don't work anymore.
Can you try it? If it works and there is no "other" thing affected you can disable them from loading when you start windows:
1- start --> run --> type msconfig
2- in the last tab "inicio" in spanish, must be "start" or something in English, you can uncheck the KBD.exe.
3- Reboot.
You can always reverse this process to authorize the KBD.exe to load when you start windows by checking again in the same tab that box.

In my other PC i have an HP keyboard with 9 of those keys. From video, photo, mail program, search, Internet shop, ...
I can disable all of them so when i click on it it does nothing but showing that text, which you can disable as well.
Whats exactly your problem?. I don't understand if you managed to disable them or not.

Just a workaround:
Edit one by one and don't select default, then in the Adrees field just type what you want ( i tested with only the letter a and it worked)
I pressed the button and nothing came but the letters saying what i opened (Firefox for example) but nothing was opened. U can also disable those messages on Global preferences (hide display label).

Well, we have the semis:
England-France and Arg-SA.
I wanna comment the "great" English referee in the France-NZ match. It was a shame what he did. Not only the avant in the 2nd try for France, which i don't understand how they didn't see it but in the 2nd half France made 0 penalties.
Advantages that mysteriously disappeared, lots of offsides, hands in the rucks, ... Simply he decided the result.
Great matches, and closer than i thought in all of them.
I guess France has this title in the pocket.
