When u install the patch/addon it creates a shortcut to start the game with the editor. My shortcut its in:START --> ALL PROGRAMS -->folder where u told the game to install the shortcuts. Sorry, i hope u understand i dont know how to explain it in english

Its the same file, once u start to install it asks u what version u have and u select urs. So dont worry about the file.

I dont know if pointed before but in coop: When playing with no red diamonds on, the leader using the crosscom watching through the ghosts cameras can see the red diamonds. So he still can check if there is enemies inside buildings, bunkers, ...
