sounds very cool. i'm getting it now. I've got a question though, is this a tv show, fake characters and all? or more like a mocumentary/documentary? another great web-tv show (which there seems to be growing number of) is Pure Pwnage it's hilarious, you won't regret it.

gotta love meshsmooth. very nice wires SF! while we're posting tuts, here's a great one for modelling a car with meshsmooth and splines: check it out this is what the tut produced:

extrude edge is great for stuff like that. It's so simple and always works great. It feels like cheating! Infact, that's exactly the same way i made my first tyre/rim. Hard edges in meshsmooth aren't that hard. If you get this already sorry, but meshsmooth finds tension between surfaces. for even squares, it would connect their midpoints. If you want to make a sharp edge, just make several edges very close together. That'll give you a nice sharp rounded edge. Also, don't worry about body gaps etc. those can easily be done with "cut" or whatever. good luck mate! i never got time to finish my

i tried a few times to model hp cars. really tough, especially on curvy cars. tire looks great man. what method are you using?

I'm glad you asked this SZ. I saw a couple of screens of this game and the interviews and i was hooked. Also, H&D2 was a great game. GTR arrived a few days ago! I ordered it from Sendit.com (based in Ireland i think) and it took less than a week to get here AND i didn't have to pay duty on it! thank you Sendit! I'll do a review of it for GR.net. With a bit of luck it should be done mid-late may when my exams are done. Rocky: Looks like i'm doing well enough on my marks anyway. I got early acceptance into the university of my choice (Dalhousie, in Halifax. one of the more prestigious ones in Canada).

i did this last year at my school. it was so much fun. my friends were running it, so everyone from our grade got in and not many other people did. lol, it was great. we got to chill in the teachers lounge listening to music etc. playing hide and seek in the school when it's completely dark was amazing. you get drunk on an empty stomach really quickly as we all soon discovered. the teachers who took shifts hanging out with us were all really chill and cool about the whole thing. good times, good times.

maybe when i'm at least a little drunk. at least then i've got an excuse
