  1. I can post images of the articles but I'm not sure if there are any legal issues involved.

Hey, don't worry about that. I had 4 scans of the OXM magazine hosted on my ghostrecon2.co.uk website and no-one said anything :D

Get the pics up mate :D

If you're really worried about the pics send them to my mail and I can host them for you.

  2. I don't know about the PC, but GR for the XBox has Dolby Digitial 5.1, and that thing has saved my life many a time. One time a guy came up behind me, and thought it would be cocky to put his rifle away and pull out his pistol, except I heard him clattering around with his guns and I turned around, waving my gun in the air on full-auto :shifty:

But anyway, the sound's really nice, crunching through the woods, trees swaying in the wind with the leaves making the disinguishable noise, the faint sound of trickling water in the distance... I honestly believe that the sound makes up a lot for the now dated graphics.

  3. I've noticed that some people cannot connect to my host that the site is on. If you have a manual DNS that you can use, that usually sorts it :), it's quite a rare thing, but really annoying. I'll email my host to see if I can get something definive out of him.

what happen to the game "GHOST" recon.

lol and it's not very 'recon' either is it?

  4. If the simplification of rainbow 6 3 for xbox was anything to go by, then we have great confidence in the same process for ghost recon 2

    :wall:

^^ Oh boy, I love that little gif thing. It has a habit of just explaining things so well instead of using words.

And I get what you're saying, a lot of people who play on a console, want simple, non-complicated fun. However, plonkers at MS sometimes release a game that's beyond fun, and they give the best damn port of a game that's ever existed, GR for the Xbox, nothing short of multiplayer genius. So now they've given Xbox owners a taste of a beast of a game, they throw them the same meat, but it has a different taste (did you like the metaphor there? I made that one up just now  ). It tastes like Wolfenstein! lol (here goes the smiley again ->) :wall:. Anyway, I have no objection to playing this on the PC, it's just I've got so many friends through Xbox Live it'll be hard to think what could have been. Infact, I'll get gaming with you guys, there insta-gaming pals. Whether you like it or not :nono: (that's a good gif too :D)

  5. My weird ISP doesn't like GR.net, seems OK now. :o.

But yeah, hope ya enjoy the screens. It looks good. Now I've had time to have a proper read of the article it's definitely mysterious.

Oh and the Op Fap crossed with CS thing that I said was kinda regrettable. At the time all I had read up to that point was "vehicles", "action orientated" and saw loads the screenies of the gunships like.

The whole article is a tribute to the dumb xbox crowd, just read the first page, its full of crap about making the game more accessible.

Hey man, no need to go venting at us Xbox gamers, we're people too, and I seriously doubt that I'm stupider than you on the basis that I like my Xbox. However, you're attitude isn't unfounded, Ubi seem to think the same. If anyone played the RvS port for the Xbox, then they'd know that whenever Ubi utter the words "Making it more action orientated for console gamers", then it's a really quite a cringeworthy moment :wall:. RvS was nasty on the Xbox because it took a full clip to bring someone down. Loads of people still like it, which I don't get

I'm too tired to dig up what those crazy OXM writers are going on about (it's almost midnight over here, and I've been working all day so my brain is shutting down lol).

Anyway, feel free to take the images and use them anywhere. I aint coming after you with a stick
