Haze

hi, i've got a problem, which get's on my nerves very intensively. after completing missions or leaving missions, i only see darkness on the screen. that means the music is still playing, but i can't see the menu to go on. i installed the newest patch, but the problem hasn't been fixed. does somebody know this problem or does somebody can help me ?? thanks ....
