  1. Team srs helped me with this...

Make sure port 80 is forwarded to your server.  UBI uses it... don't ask me why but with it forwarded it will work ;)

Port 80 is used by Ghost Recon Dedicated Server Tools to report the server information. I'll try changing that report to a different port to see if that fixes it.

So, our Ghost Recon game has to have free access to port 80? Hope this works.

  2. Using gs-Launcher (v1.4.0) to host 2 Dedicated Servers on UBI (ETF Mod Testing & ETF is recruiting). Our server information shows on the list all the way up to version. But, everything after that (game type, game status...) is blank. I figure, for some reason, UBI server are unable to get this information from our server.

Is there a new version out there or am I missing some command-line arguements to get that information posted?

  3. ETF is a Clan what was formed in January of 2001, on the foundation of teamwork and good sportsmanship at all times.

In May of 2003, ETF moved to the Ghost Recon world and has been successfully upholding our values while entertaining our members.

We are a collection of mature, tactical players, who play Ghost Recon as a simulation, not a first-person shooter. We are currently recruiting like-mided players into our group.

We currently encompass all time zones of the US. Please visit our site (http://www.ETF-Clan.org) for an application.

Dedicated Server: 69.41.253.93 (US server, centrally located in Dallas). Dedicated TeamSpeak server information is on our site.

  4. I'm working on my second mission for my Clan's Tournament use. The first was a good success so I'm taking things to the next level. Of course, only after days of scripting and perfecting a helicopter insertion/extraction did I realise that it won't work in mulitplayer

Anyway, I have a mission that starts with a series of message boxes in cinematic mode. All is well and the mission runs great. I've hosted with my Beta Tester, together with him and in observer mode, and things play out fine. But, when I host the map in server mode, or when I put it on our Clan Server, the game crashes after the first message box.

To summarize: Hosting the mission as a client, works great. Hosting as a server, the game crashes. Any thoughts out there?
